I had a sizable balance in my FSA to use up, so purchased this on a whim (I wouldn’t have purchased this otherwise tbh) but it is AMAZING. The adjustable heat, vibration, and suction settings make it so easy to get the relief you need. It comes with 3 different sizes so you can get a smaller area to larger area if you need to. We’ve been able to get quite a bit of use out of it without recharging it (nice)! And it only goes for 3 minutes (how long you’re supposed to do cupping for) and releases itself. We have the manual suction cups and we’re always forgetting to make sure we don’t leave them on too long so that feature is SUPER handy. I had never heard of cupping until we saw these circle hickeys on the Olympics peoples back while watching the Olympics this year. We did research and cupping turns out to be super helpful for any muscle pains. It works so good that after a few sessions you won’t have any more pains usually. Get it!! I just received this yesterday and was super excited to receive it as I am an average fitness freak. I immediately used it the second I received the package and to my surprise it is very high-quality. There’s a three minute timer and there are three different types or sizes of cups you can change the settings to the amount of suction heat and vibration, which I really like I personally turn off the heat because the heat was a little bit much for me. I use the highest setting of suction and it really is like you’re getting cupping at an office. The only downfall that I see is that it doesn’t fully suction in the middle of a white ring that you’ll see but other than that it’s super great and I highly recommend it.     • Defective since day one
I've gotten actual cupping done before at a clinic - Theracup is a much more milder version and the heat setting is warm at best, even on the max setting. My Theracup was emitting a very loud buzzing noise so I returned it within a few days of getting it. Therabody requested that I upload a video to demonstrate the issue(s) and accepted the return request, so I guess it was indeed defective - so my review may be skewed if a non-defective unit actually ends up having more suction power or something. Overall, handy to have on hand as opposed to making an appointment and going to a clinic, but literally don't expect to see the same results. ... show more

    • I wish I had this million dollar idea.....
I love this thing! I mostly only find it useful for cupping while moving for myofascial release. I showed it to my PT who does a lot of dry needling followed by cupping and she said she will be purchasing one of these. I loved it so much I bought one for each of my 10 stuff (as well as the theragun)! The heat setting is nice. If you use it in a static position, you will get more of a donut shaped ring rather than a full circle because of the central heating element. I've tried various other cupping methods and this one blows them all away. ... show more
