I needed to replace my old plug-in body wand (may she rest in peace) after the cord started fraying. I previously bought a rechargable that worked well enough but the battery life was horrible. (Under 10 minutes per charge) And then the charger died after less than a year. So when I started shopping I planned for another body wand. The price, though, had me perusing other options again. The reviews on this (both on and off Amazon) were so good and the price was so nice I decided to try it. So glad I did! 1) this thing is powerful. No, it's not the body wand but as a full speed body wand is sort of terrifying, I didn't need THAT much power. But this is definitely as good as a body wand on a low speed. 2) battery life is excellent. It's yet to die at an inopportune time. I've really only charged it when it's been so long that I've thought "this thing has got to die soon". Otherwise I've never actually experienced it out of power. My ONLY complaint is that the buttons are actually *too* low profile. I can't feel them with my fingers. I actually have to look to see them. As I'm usually you know... in the dark... that's a little annoying. It also means I occasionally hit one mid- use without realizing it. Boy does that lead to some cussing! That being said, this thing is fantastic and for the price? Unreal. Do yourself or your partner a favor and get one. ... show more

I've had a Hitachi Magic Wand for the last 13 years and the wire from the electric cord finally frayed and I had to lay him to rest. It was a very sad day for me. After a week without my Magic Wand, I started looking for its replacement. I searched Amazon for hours. The task began looking dismal as my search was filled with doubt and fear that nothing would ever meet up to Hitachi standards. When I stumbled upon this cute little wand, without cords, and a rechargeable battery, I thought to myself the other reviews were just too good to be true. But I had looked long enough and had been without my favorite most loyal boyfriend of 13 years, long enough. I ordered this little wand and eagerly awaited its arrival. 2 days later it showed up on my doorstep and I couldn't wait to open it up. It was very nicely and simply packaged. It is made with the softest material. It feels like silk or exceptionally soft skin. It's tiny compared to my last BF but in this case, size really doesn't matter, and this little guy knows it. Vibration is strong, it's quiet, it's water resistant, the variety of speeds and patterns are fantastic. I never knew there was more to a Wand than two speeds and being connected to a cord. My options are now unlimited. I'm very excited about our future together. We take showers together and Bob even joins in with me and my guy. Anyway, If you are like me, searching Amazon for your new Bob, your search can end here. My only complaint are the buttons are hard to find in the dark because the handle of the wands texture, although nice, it makes finding the buttons by touch a little more difficult. Day one, 45 minutes after delivery: I'm glad my neighbors weren't home!!! Less than a minute in I was screaming! The bed geek is very sleek and has very intense vibrations, I reached the top of the mountain on the lowest setting, so umm, yeah!! What's the best part? I say let's celebrate the fact that it comes charged and ready to please. I also like that it's rechargeable and I don't have to continue to invest money into the product. Oh, and it comes with this cute little storage bag, and the packaging was great! With 8 levels of intensity and 20 vibrating patterns I'd say it was money well spent! Now since this is day one, 45 minutes after delivery I can't speak on durability, however I would still recommend this product. Now that all the positives are out the way, let's look at negatives. Thus far I only have one, maybe 2 if I'm being really picky. It's a little loud, but hey, it's a vibrator, what do you expect?? Nitpicking negative? You have to remember how many clicks it takes to get to the intensity and pattern that you desire, but again that's only if I'm nitpicking. ... show more

This was my wife's absolute favorite "massager", while it worked. It saw use a few times a week, but something in the vibrating mechanism broke after about a month. It now makes a horribly loud noise when running and vibrations don't work as well. Nothing was done to it to cause the damage, something just broke in the middle of using it. Overall it's well built and is a convenient size. Lots of different settings (maybe a few too many since cycling through them can be a pain). Buttons can be easy to accidentally push while in use, and also somewhat hard to find. If only it had lasted longer than a month. UPDATE: After reaching out to BedGeek through Amazon regarding it breaking, they sent out a replacement with 2-day shipping. The company stands behind their product and warranty. The new one works great, so hopefully this one will last and the other was just a fluke. I have updated my rating from 2-stars to 4-stars. ... show more
