Features

  • SIMPLE, AGGRESSIVE, UNMATCHED: The PSO-Rite is the most revolutionary self-care mobility massage and muscle release tool of our time. The psoas complex (hip flexors) are considered to be the soul of our body. They regulate our fight or flight response, support our digestive organs, regulate our breathing, and aid in pumping blood and lymph through our body.
  • YOUR MASSAGE THERAPIST IN YOUR HANDS: Designed to be the shape of a therapists hand and the hardness of an elbow, you now have your own in-house therapist to correct pain and dysfunction in the hip region any time you want. Pressure and only pressure is what releases muscle tissue in the human body. The PSO-Rite psoas muscle release tool was designed to provide relief on the deepest level for any age, size, and shaped individual out there.
  • DEEP-TISSUE MASSAGE TOOL ALWAYS WITH YOU: Available anytime you need it, anywhere you go. Use your PSO-Rite in your gym sessions, sports trainings, in the office or comfortably at home.
  • The recommended amount of time to stay in any given position using the PSO products is 5 60 seconds. Always consult a doctor before using a massage apparatus. • Worth the Price
Color: Sunset Red Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
A lot of people on the Internet, or in my life, have commented on the price being too high. While it is pricey, it's worth it. You can work on more muscles than the psoas. As a licensed massage therapist, I need body work as much as anyone but cannot always get on someone's table right away. This tool has released my psoas and hip muscles, relieving my low back pain in two uses. It can be used on psoas, iliacus, glutes, pecs, subscap, rotator cuff muscles, etc. And, frankly, if clients used this for at-home care between visits, therapists hands would be saved a lot of work trying to dig into harder places, such as subscap and psoas. I could go on... The point is, pricey but worth it. ... show more

  • I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist, I hope my review helps!
Color: Night Black Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist and Shiatsu Practitioner 🙌🏽 for 25 years so these thoughts may be valid to you. I do not work for the company but purchased one on Amazon. It arrived a week ago or so. The Pso-Rite tool is good for hard to reach tendons. My husband who tends to get build-up in shoulders has found it pretty helpful. He definitely felt the difference after 1st usage. He does push ups longer now which has always been a problem. The tool goes further then my elbow could ever go. Lol. It’s affective in shoulder joints, shoulder blades, quads and ham string muscles. You can use it at the bottom of your foot too for all you plantar fasciitis sufferers and there’s enough of you! This tool and rolling a frozen bottle of water will get you there! Now, as far as price - I paid $39 for ours (Amazon). I went back to buy a few more as gifts and even a 2nd one for us the same week and it went up to $59. Today I noticed it jumped to $80 (😳) Yes, it probably costs about $7 to make. Yes, the price is high and although they are probably looking for that sweet spot in the price, it’s a good investment. It can fit in any overnight bag. Its not to heavy and yet it feels solid when you use it. It’s a great tool. They have clearly put some thought into it. I, as a massage therapist and sufferer of psoas tightness, have found it pretty affective. I also use on my lower back and glutes for release. When it heads back down to $59, I will snag a few. Lastly and more importantly, you want to open up those areas that are tight. It brings more blood flow and therefore oxygen to that area. With that, there is healing. With healing, you will find more mobility that you may not find at a PT office (Truth). Happy healing and good job Pso-Rite. 🙌🏽♥️ ... show more

  • it works!
Color: Ocean Blue Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
I am a former professional athlete and I play golf competitively and participate in many other sports. I have been suffering for almost 2 years from pain and tightness in my psoas, hip flexor, adductor, abductor, gluts and SI joint, just to name a few. I have seen 2 orthopedists, a chiropractor, trigger point massage therapist and I have a trainer. Everyone has helped to a point but I felt I plateaued and while the pain was manageable, it affected my gait, mobility and range of motion. I could not eliminate the tightness in my muscles and the affected areas were very deep. Every day, I would do dynamic and static stretches but with only limited success. I ordered and received the PsoRite TODAY and I am already writing this review b/c I cannot believe what a difference it has made. The ability of the PsoRite to dig deep into areas that avoid most efforts is the key. You use your body weight to vary the amount of pressure (and pain). I used it on all the areas where I've had pain and tightness and it allowed these areas to release which increased my range of motion and significantly reduced the pain. I also used it on my shoulder blades, shoulder and lats and again, significant pain relief. My trainer had an issue and within 5 minutes, he had complete relief and restored range of motion. The instructions are pretty brief and not overly helpful but it's really up to you to find what works for you. I am truly amazed by the initial results and only time will tell if if will ultimately eliminate my issues but I am very encouraged so far. It has already accomplished what nothing else has been able to. This is not a pleasurable experience--digging in is painful. But the relief that it provides is worth every second of the pain. It's amazing that something so simple can cure something so complicated. I highly recommend this. Yes, it's a bit pricey but eliminating pain and restoring range of motion is priceless. ... show more

  • Good but expensive
Color: Sunset Red Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
It's very simple and works well, it does seem a little expensive for what you get (a glorified piece of plastic) but it is way better quality than other imitations.

  • Amazing
Color: Sunset Red Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
As a plus size hairstylist (31yr, 5’6, 230lbs) my lower back alwaysssss hurts. It’s kinda difficult for me to figure out how to lay on this with my belly but I just rest on it in a couple different spots to make sure I’m hitting my psoas. my hips were so tight that It hurt pretty bad the first time I used it for the first couple seconds, but the relief was instant. My lower back felt much more relaxed when I got up. I’ve been using it twice a day for 5 days and have noticed a difference in my pain. Highly recommend, just gotta get through the initial pain and know that it’ll get better Update: I can tell when I need to use this now. My back will start to feel tender and it’s harder for me to move, certain movements make it feel like I’m about to tweak my back, that’s my sign to lay on it thing. And instantly afterwards I can bend like a normal human. I am SO happy with this purchase ... show more
