  • Addicting Game
I have to say, I was a bit skeptical at first when I bought this, as this is the first game I ever subscribed to XBOX Live Gold for, but it's been very addicting and fun to play. It's not an easy game, especially if you're a victim, but playing any of the family members is my preference. I don't expect this game to be too popular and will run out of momentum just like every other game, but it has my attention. My only gripe is, I don't know why they couldn't have built in a single player mode. ... show more

  • Asymmetrical survival horror
If you like Dead by Daylight or Evil Dead the game this expands on some of the better mechanics of both of them and really has very little of any of their bad mechanics. Jump scares hiding places typical survivor and killer mechanics but a unique take on them. Definitely would recommend, for Xbox users it is free on Game pass right now so play it see if you like it definitely buy it if you do. ... show more

  • Don't buy this game unless you get a xbox subscription!
I love all the Texas Chainsaw movies and comics and as soon as this game was announced i jumped at the chance and bought the game but as soon as i had the game installed on my xbox i was disappointed to learn that i had to buy a subscription to play this game and i didn't know until after i bought and installed the game-it was not advertised on the game disc or anything- so i sadly couldn't play the game cause the game subscription was ridiculous, I still have the game and I may in the future end up buying the subscription and play the game but not anytime soon..... ... show more

  • Slow burn
This game is more of a slow burn than dead by daylight matches but it is fun, especially for Chainsaw massacre fans

  • I couldn't return this pay to play BS fast enough, WTF!!!
They thought they was slick by putting "Subscription play" at the bottom of the package. Real funny guys. I hope they didn't make a dime off this license.

  • A Very fun asymmetrical yet online only game
I used to play a lot of dead by daylight, and some Friday the 13th. This game is also made by Gun Media who worked on Friday the 13th, and it's very similar. However, instead of one killer and a bunch of survivors, you have numerous killers from the Texas Chainsaw Massacre series. There there are optional and different ways to leave, plus different variables. Each game that you play trying to take out the other team, or escape. It's a very fun game, great with friends and communication, however, it definitely needs more content, I hope they get the license to more of the movies in the series, as it can definitely use some extra content in the future. Very fun overall. Can be frustrating as well with high level players and teammates not knowing what to do. ... show more
