Honestly can’t even tell the console was used. It came in its original packaging. Even the cords had their plastic holds around them. It’s a great deal.

I no longer trust a certified refurbished item. We purchased this console Jan 2023 and I was excited for it as it helps my husband deal with his PTSD. We set it up and used it for 4 months before we had to relocate. When we finally returned home this summer in 2024 and had time to play it quit during a game and that was it! Of course any warranty is expired. My husband is a disabled vet and these games have been a life saver but living on a budget I can’t replace the console! ... show more

I had been wanting a new Xbox for quite some time, but I needed a series x and had a difficult time justifying the price. Then I found this renewed unit on Amazon. I had a little extra money, so I decided to buy it. The product arrived a day early, which was a nice surprise, and while the original box was a little beat up, the unit itself shows no markings and was in excellent condition, just as advertised. Honestly, the only way I could even tell that it was "renewed" was that when I first turned it on, I needed to reset the machine to its original factory settings. That was a simple process that took no time at all. I received my new Xbox and I'm packed it. It's very clean. Looking for a refurbished item. The only difficulty was the headphone jack on the controller did not operate correctly. It would if I shook the wire around but I wasn't going to live with that. So I contacted this company and they asked me to return the item and they sent me a new one which is working just fine.
