I ordered five boxes, and instead of packing the boxes into a shipping carton with one shipping label on it, some rocket scientist chose to ship all five separately with a shipping label on each box. After years of receiving The Swiss Colony catalog and wondering how their products actually taste, I broke down and bought one of the samplers. The first impression on opening was that they are much smaller than the catalogs make it seem. With that said, I do think that all that you get is well worth the $40. The cheeses were incredible, as were the petite fours (my favorite was the lemon). The meats were good too and offered some unique flavors that you won’t find easily available elsewhere. I sent this snack gift for Christmas last year and I'd definetly do it again. Commpared to other food gift sets I found that this one has more variation of savory and sweet snacks than any other food gift on Amazon. The only downside is that it's a little expensive. This is a great gift that has a little bit of everything in it. The cheeses are small but the perfect size to fit a cracker when sliced. The cookies were really tasty. It makes a very festive looking charcuterie board.
