I use this mixture to season chicken, fish, veggies and even add a bit to my eggs at breakfast. You can definitely taste the herbs, and it also has sea salt so you don’t have to add that. Because it’s strong, a little goes a long way.

This has become my new favorite spice. It is more expensive than truffle zest, But you get four times as much. You also probably use more. I will get a second bottle to keep on hand and try to be careful with how much I use. It is well balanced so that you can actually taste every one of the ingredients which are listed on the label. It compliments everything that I cook including salads (which I don't cook). It doesn't have a sprinkle top so you have to be careful how much you use and how you do it.
