If you're not a salt geek, you might just think it's all just salt and tastes the same. I would challenge you to try Maldon salt. It has a unique (and good) taste, and the large pyramidal crystals crunch on your tongue in a good way. I love to sprinkle this on freshly-backed brownies, or over a resting steak or roast. First of all, I love this container! It’s beautiful and keeps the salt fresh. The container is very easy to open and close. You certainly get a lot of bang for your buck with this salt. I love adding it to plated meals right before serving, as the salt flakes really pop. The salt has a great taste.
