I bought this as a gift for my grandson. It was his first joke book . The jokes were easy to read and most he found very funny. He uses it to call me every day with the joke of the day ( sometimes I get several). My only complaint was that some of the jokes I felt were too hard for young kids to understand. ... show more

My son reads this to me for 30 minutes without realizing he’s practicing his reading skills. Some jokes are funny and some are a flop, but the funny thing is some of the jokes I would never laugh my little guy finds hilarious! It is so funny to watch him learn about how to tell a joke, and learn how fun a play on words can be, and hear his questions on what some jokes mean. It’s great bonding time for us. Our 7 year old son has been into jokes and riddles for a couple years now. This book has become one of his favorites. I love how they have it divided into categories (knock knock, puns, wait for it, riddles, etc). He spends hours reading through it and telling his friends jokes.
