You wouldn't think that a vitamin would take away pain, and you would have to take it for a while to work. This vitamin starts working the day you take it. I have severe hip and back pain. I took this vitamin and that night I could sleep without pain. It truly works. Don't knock it till you try it.

Helped with nerve pain I am surprised. I got it for arthritis but this girl at a blood lab gave me neuropathy. I could not do anything at all this summer because of her. I took this every few hours now I am taking just a few per day.
