I fitted these with some dimmable LED bulbs and they look fantastic. The mounting is pretty much like any normal fixture you will buy these days. The hardware is all Stainless as advertised. The bulb compartment is sealed air/water tight so I do suggest LED bulbs. Incandescent bulbs would not live long bathing in their own heat. Each fixture holds two standard bulbs, one points up and the other points down. The end caps simply pull off to replace the bulbs. The they are held in place by the silicone rubber seals which have multiple ribs so they should continue to hold in place for years. There is no seal between the electrical box and the fixture which is understandable. There are too many types of boxes out there to make a gasket that would do a good job. Some clear silicone to seal the base to the wall should suffice in most cases. Every install is different so plan on figuring out something for sealing the fixture to the electrical box and/or your wall. There are well built fixtures, I would not hesitate to buy again. I mention good customer service because the first one I received had a shattered glass insert because the delivery people played football with it before giving it to me. I clicked on the Amazon links for issues and a replacement was sent out that day. I received it the very next day. ... show more

I purchased 5 of these and 1 with the single bulb for my new house in the Florida Keys. I chose them because it is indicated that they are all Stainless Steel which does not corrode. Being close to the ocean that is a must. Turns out that only the cylinder and base are stainless. The top and bottom caps are apparently made of aluminum which has blistered badly. They are also not water proof as advertised. Rain water will get into the cylinder through the caps and accumulation of moisture will remain inside. Bought 2 -13" and one 8" stainless outdoor lights in late July as we are doing some upgrades to our home. The contractor opened the boxes to put the lights up in mid-September and found one of the 13" lights had cracked glass. I contacted Amazon since it was outside the return date who advied me to contact the seller, Tengxin. Tengxin replied promptly and asked me to purchase another 13" light, take a picture of the new light and send the order # so they could refund me the cost. I purchased another 13" light and sent the info to Tengxin. They promptly refunded my purchase and said I did not have to return the broken light. Seamless and painless and much appreciate that Tengxin stands behind their products. The electrician had no problems installing the lights. These are hard-wired and do not have motion detection (personal preference). They look great outside and the stainless color complements the grey aluminum we used to wrap the wood on our house. Super happy with this light! Lovely finish which matches satin nickel hardware just right. I like how it shows light above and below (with 2 standard bulbs, not included) plus has some slats which let just enough light out forward. Was pretty easy to install. There’s a mounting plate and different positions so i made it work replacing my extremely old porch light. Nice not to have to do too much heavy lifting to get it mounted. The screws the protrude outward and hold on the nuts that keep the light mounted- don’t screw them all the way in or the one sided nut will not hold the sconce in place firmly. Just back the screws out a bit and leave less exposed. Then it works great. ... show more

Light fixtures is large and very well build. Appears to be solid stainless steel. The ends are sealed with rubber gaskets to prevent wanter from getting in. Great value

The media could not be loaded. Product seems goods quality. Clearly not 220v as marked on the light sticker. BAD ADVERTISING from the SELLER. Will not return as i live overseas and don't have time to manage this. However i will try and see if it works without trouble. Edit : back home. Took the light appart and found out it is wired for 250v. Appologizes to the seller. ... show more
