The balls go on the legs of the walker easy. They help the walker glide easily on the floor or the sidewalk.

These were really good glides inside the house but after I used them outside to walk on the side walk, they wore holes thru them within 2 weeks, overall I only got a few weeks use out of them. I imagine using them outside was why they failed so soon. If you are indoors always these would probably be great. ... show more

I got 5 months out of 10 balls. When I use a regular tennis ball and cut them myself, I get between 1.5 & 2 years before they wear out. I had 10 of these wear out (wore hole thru tennis ball) in about 5 months. I will not buy again.
