This nifty kit is easy to use. The brush-on gel stuff isn't nasty or bothersome. It doesn't cause any sensitivity, either. The 16 minutes wait for the LED whitener to do its thing goes by quickly. I love the auto shut-off. The on/off and light mode button is tricky and touchy, though. Sometimes you barely touch it and it activates. Other times you have to press/poke/prod it for it to do anything. Last night I turned it on (with some difficulty) and put it in. I must have barely brushed the switch without being aware, because after several minutes I realized it was no longer on. So I removed a star for that.
