This product looks like the picture and works wonderfully. The cord is a little short so it gets hard to use since it keeps unplugging. I wanted to use it in my room while on my chair but because the cord is short I use it in my bathroom other than that I have no complaints it curls beautifully and straighten effortlessly. For the ones who like nice packaging it is definitely done very well in a very nice box. Did not make my hair frizzy. I have short thick hair and I was able to straighten my hair in 4.5 minutes! It also does not pull my hair which is a plus! Very useful and doesn't damage my hair compared to the Remington wet 2 straight flat iron

Excited to try after reading the product reviews. Nothing special, just your average straightener. You always have to use the heating mat when heating up. I wish I would have spent the extra $$ to find a straightener with a higher quality.
