Review of the TCE Service Utility Cart Heavy Duty 2 Shelf Tier Trolley APTC304U. I ordered this to store my tabletop Sand Blaster Cabinet. I installed the top tray upside down so I could make a plywood top that fits the 19" x 23" footprint. Assembly was simple - you hardly need the instructions. The exact number of bolts & nuts were provided. You need a screwdriver and a 10mm wrench. Some of the sheet metal bends were off but it all presses together (leave screws slightly loose to start). The only part omitted was installing the casters. They don't tell you you'll need a thin 16mm spanner to tighten them down. ... show more

Nice solid cart that you put together with lots of nuts and bolts, which may or may not be loose in the box, which is to say the packaging could be better. Good wheels, whole thing is pretty heavy duty. Exact same cart is available in a putty gray elsewhere on Amazon.

The product arrived with a big dent on the lid. There is a smaller dent several inches underneath it that doesn't show up well in the photos. I didn't realize it was dented until I was halfway through assembly, since the instructions start with the base and legs. I went ahead and completed assembly, hoping it would still work. Assembly is pretty straightforward, but be aware that the instructions tell you to assemble the base and legs, and then place the top shelf unit, all one piece, on top. It's a bit heavy, so you might need help. I was alone so managed to find a bucket and some styrofoam to place underneath the shelf while screwing it in. The top lids open okay, but the left side catches a bit, presumably where the dent is. It works mostly, but it is annoying. I'm not sure if I can be bothered trying to return it if it means taking it apart. For the price and time spent on this, I am disappointed. ... show more

I put the top on upside down so I can slide things onto and off of it so I don't have to pick heavy stuff up off the floor. Works great. Only complaint- the assembly instructions may as well have not been included. No mention of the wheels, no mention of the handle. Good product except one of the legs did not have the holes in the correct position. Seems it should have had 2 legs with hole alignment configured different to the other 2 legs. So in essence I received 3 of one leg type and 1 of the other. Had to drill holes in the incorrect leg to line it up.
