  • Excellent product, excellent customer service!
Size: Super Jumbo
I purchased this after losing my car and needing something to haul laundry and groceries in, I’m more than a mile from where I shop so something sturdy with a large capacity was important. We used this cart daily for a couple of months, but when entering my driveway the front wheel got stuck and the piece that holds it on broke. I didn’t think much of it, summer was coming so I switched to delivery for everything and figured I would sort things out when the weather got cool again. Here we are in November, weather is cool and I’m ready to start walking to the store again, but I remembered the cart was broken. I reached out to Amazon, but I was waay past any kind of return window, I just wanted to get a replacement part and didn’t want to purchase the wrong piece. I was given the company contact info, so I sent an email asking for info on ordering the proper part. Immediately I got a response stating if I sent a photo they could send me the part needed. The representative emailing me also noted in my photo tape on the other wheel and verified if I needed one, or two replacement parts. The parts arrived in just a couple days, free of charge, it only took 5 minutes to swap them out using basic tools, and customer service even followed up to make sure installation went smoothly. I am very happy with the cart, and even more so with customer service with this company. I truly felt like a valued customer and my issues were addressed very promptly despite being almost 7 months past the return window for my purchase. The cart is big, had a wonderful design that folds very flat for storage, and has generous weight capacity making it a wonderful all around utility cart, and customer service is exceptional. I am very pleased with my purchase! ... show more

  • Great cart, great customer service
I got this cart during the 2020 Coronavirus pandemic because I was tired of lugging groceries in my arms with five or six bags walking home from my grocery store. It has proven to be a great convenience and a benefit especially since I don't have a car. Sometimes my buddy and his girlfriend will take me shopping in their car and when I shop and he takes me, I don't need it, but when I do my own shopping, like when I was confined to home because of the pandemic, and I couldn't shop with my friend, it proved to be a true benefit. The cart does live up to its advertising and is pretty durable for the normal wear and tear of usage. But since I used the cart only a few times occasionally in the last two years I didn't notice any problems. But about a month ago when I was using the cart doing shopping, the wheel connector on the right wheel broke. I noticed in other reviews that the small wheels on the front of the cart are a problem. And this was true in my case too. I was upset, because the cart is otherwise a good cart, and I hoped I would not have to actually buy a new one. So, I contacted customer service by Amazon mail to see if they could help me with repairing the cart. They say in their advertising that parts on the cart are replaceable. I contacted them via email and got a prompt response from the customer service representative Wendy. I told her my problem. She asked me to send pictures of the damage to the cart so that she could see what was wrong. She then arranged to send me a new connector for the wheel and provided videos for instruction as to how to disassemble the cart to remove the defective part and replace the part with the new part. The new connector arrived within a week, and I was able to remove the old part and replace the broken part with the new part. I had some difficulty doing it, but was able to manage. The instruction videos make it seem so simple, but in actual practice I had to improvise slightly to actually do it. I was able to remove the nut on the right side of the cart, but in order to remove it, I had to use pliers to keep the spindle still so that it didn't rotate while I unscrewed the nut. And then to remove the acorn nut from the top of the wheel, I had to use a flat bicycle wrench to hold the wheel assembly still so I could remove the acorn nut and remove the wheel assembly and then remove the defective wheel connector and then install the new connector. Reinstalling the wheel was relatively simple. I tested it and it worked fine. But upon further inspection, I then discovered that the connector on the other side was also cracked and damaged, and that it would eventually give out and break as well. So again, I had to contact customer service to show that I had a new problem. Wendy again responded and sent me another connector for the left side wheel. Both of these connectors were sent to me free of charge. In the meantime while I was waiting for the new connector to arrive, I still was able to use the cart to do some shopping just being careful not to go too hard on the left wheel with the connector that was beginning to break. The new connector arrived within a few days and so I was ready to install it. When I began to install it, I discovered that installing this new connector on the left side was going to be more difficult. Once again, the instruction videos that Wendy provided, didn't mention this problem, but I had to work through it. Upon removing the nut on the left side of the cart, I discovered that when I tried to unscrew it, like I did for the right side, the nut would turn, but would not screw off. I did some internet searching, and finally figured my problem is that the nut installed on this side was a lock nut. A lock nut is designed so that it does not inadvertently screw off while the spindle is spinning. This makes sense on a wheeled device, because if you have a rotating part, you don't want the wheel on any of its components to screw off while you are using it. So, I wouldn't be able to remove it in the same way as I did for the right side. Lock nuts can be removed in various ways, but they can be a pain. You can unlock it using a screwdriver, but the method usually damages the screwdriver. So I opted to use a nut splitter tool to get the nut off and then simply replace the lock nut with a new lock nut. So I had to spend about $20 for a nut splitter, and a about ten dollars for a pack of new lock nuts. The tool and the new nuts arrived in a couple of days, and I set to work. It took some effort to break the nut off, but afterwards, the remaining repair was essentially the same as for the right side. After breaking off the lock nut, I was able to screw off the acorn nut on the wheel assembly itself, remove the wheel and take off the defective connector and install the new connector in the same way as with the right side. And again, the reassembly was pretty simple. Just shortly before writing this review, I did some shopping with this cart now repaired with the new connectors, and the cart now works as it did before. The wheels seem to be more stable, and less wobbly As I said before, these new connectors are thicker so hopefully they will hold up longer and I hope to be able to use this cart for years to come. Now, because I am a do-it-your-selfer, I took on the aggravation to repair the cart myself. And things are never quite as easy as they look when you see someone else do it, as in the instruction videos. And this was the case here. Many people would not have likely taken the time and the effort to wait for the new parts, buy new tools, and take the effort to do the repairs. They would have just broken down and thrown the old cart away and gotten a new cart. (And I suppose the seller counts on that fact.) But even having to buy a new tool and some lock nuts, I still saved money over getting a brand new cart. And I have the satisfaction that I was able to repair something myself. Currently, a new cart of this same type costs just under $100, so I still came out ahead $70. And I still love the cart itself, despite the problems I had, and the customer service is good in helping to resolve problems. So my rating is actually 4.5 stars. I give the cart 4 stars, taking off a star because of the defect of weak wheel connectors. But I give customer service 5 stars. They did all they can do on their end to help resolve the problem. I did the rest myself. They do stand behind their product, and all parts on the cart are user replaceable, and if you are handy with tools, you can, perhaps with some difficulty, keep the product going. ... show more

The pictures of the stainless steel cart are of a cart that I purchased in April of 2023. The date for this review is May 2024. I am legally blind and use this cart (440 jumbo cart when I purchased it. Now it is called a 460 Extra Jumbo cart. It was $116 without tax when I bought it.) To go to both Walmart and Costco 2 to 3 times a month. Each trip my groceries weight is around 150 lbs. Travel is 2 miles on country roads without sidewalks and 2 miles with side walks each trip. The Stainless steel cart lasted just over a year before the frame as you can see in the picture snapped from the weight of the groceries and just wear and tear. I am 5 ft 10 in this cart is a good size for my not to short. Pros: The cart has more then enough room for big bulky items. I usually fill one of Walmart's carts full and am able to get all the groceries into this cart. It folds flat enough where you can fit it between you and the seat in front of you on the bus. Or slide it underneath the seats in the wheelchair area. Fits through the front door of buses. (I called my local transit company and asked about bringing this cart on the bus. They told me they didn't have a problem with it and even use the wheelchair straps to keep it in place for me. Downside is because the bus travels 45 miles to the closes Walmart. They told me that if people in wheelchairs got on the bus and needed the space that I would have to get off with my groceries. Though, that hasn't ever been an issue in the 12 years I have been traveling to Walmart with various carts. Overall this one would be my first choice for getting a cart like this.) Winkeep is great at upholding their warranty. Amazon chat was broken so I contacted Winkeep directly through my personal email. They got back to me quickly took my information about the broken cart stainless steel pictures. They then sent me the replacement cart the black cart in these pictures. These pictures of the black cart are of the first time that I used the cart. I showed this to Winkeep and they quickly got me replacement parts. Thus, I still have a usable cart to go shopping with. Cons: Front wheels are too small and always catch on the curb whenever I am crossing the street and trying to get back onto the sidewalk. I have lost eggs several times due to this. Thus, I found that I have to back up to get onto a sidewalk. I have purchased their smallest cart which was the extra large at the time 220 lb capacity and currently their largest the 460 lb cart which was initially 440 lbs. All of these carts use the exact same wheel sizes. Which makes it difficult to either tilt the cart onto the back wheels to get the cart up on a sidewalk. Or to push the cart forward due to the front wheels failing from the weight like in the picture of the black cart. Thus, I mainly walk with the cart behind me. Due to my size when I walk with the cart behind me I end up running over my own feet due to the basket on the back being to low to the ground and hitting the back of my feet. My biggest issue with the 460 Super Jumbo cart is the fact that when I have it unfold I can't fit it out the back door of the buses due to the fact that it is roughly 2 inches to wide. Yes, I would recommend purchasing this cart 460 lb Super Jumbo cart. If you are around my height due to the fact that I found the other size 280 lb cart Large size to be to short for me. As well as the space to be to little for a family of 4. As well as the fact that their customer service is great and very helpful. ... show more
