Finally upgraded my Calloway big bertha from mid 2000s to this sim 2 max driver. Talk about a huge difference. Gained over 20 yards and hitting it straighter than ever since the old big bertha is way less forgiving. I've owned numerous drivers over the years and this is my favorite by far. Very forgivable and when hit in the sweet spot it gets great distance. I am a 7 handicap.

I took this to the indoor simulator along with my old driver (Taylor Made R9) to compare the two. I had been playing all winter long at the simulator so I had a good feel what I could do with the old driver. After an hour or so of swinging the SiM 2 Max, I found I was hitting it a full 10 yards farther than my old driver. It seemed to be a little more forgiving also. I've been playing outside with this club for a month or so and everything it showed on the simulator is cominmg out on the course also. I have seen an increase in distance and I'm also hitting it straighter. ... show more
