    The product was doing well for several months; but after average use of the club the head did pop. I heard about this after I purchased it. I took care of it like a child. I obviously used it on the range, even up until the warm up on the day when the head popped on the first tee. I am disappointed that I only purchased this in March and 9 months later I cannot get any assistance with it, the return policy is void and I cannot find where I placed the information about the insurance.     The club is just beautiful but i must be old fashioned in my way of thinking because when purchasing an almost $300.00 golf club. A wrench would surely be included with it. I sincerely thought that a shipping error occured and it was forgotten. But no the response I received was that the wrenches are universal. I'm sorry but how does that help me if I don't have one? Not everyone has a TaylorMade wrench. What if I was the first time golfer just buying a new club that answer is of no use to me. I expected better and like I said that's my fault clearly ... show more

    The media could not be loaded. It is first day I use it and practice. I found two crack positions on this face. It is terrible quality problem. I never buy such quality product on Amazon. Please return it and no more permissions such product on Amazon
