Really, this is a five star product, however when we got to the dock to install it, we discovered it requires a SQUARE BIT to adjust the flag holders. Seriously, it would cost Taylor less than a nickel to include a "L" shaped "allen" type tool and then it would be a super quality piece.

Now that's a flag pole. Heavy duty and serious flag support. I ordered 3 and all were great. Will last much longer than old time wooden poles or thin, cheap aluminum poles. Sure it costs a lot, but you do get what you pay for.
