This is a great product. The design in the bottom to allow all water to drain out is fantastic. The pocket holds your phone and vape perfectly, as well as any drinks including your favorite coozie/tumbler/etc. used an old cup for idea, but my favorite brand 12oz can coozie fits perfectly, nice silicone tabs to help keep any size drink from bouncing around. Finally the hardware. They supply you with hook & loop patches so you can remove it, and some really nice stainless self tapping screws for a permanent mount, in fact some of the highest quality hardware I’ve seen come with anything I’ve ordered online in a long time, actually used them for another project. I have a little aluminum boat for lake fishing and it works great for a cup holder, as my rails are too skinny for a traditional one. It has a lot of added storage as well. Phone, keys other stuff all fits in it. Would be nicer if they made this all out of metal as well.

I like to kayak fish and while there is a storage hole and cup holder in my kayak they aren't useful for the various things like pliers and fish grippers that I have out and about while out fishing. So I was on the look out for a container I could attach between my legs and remove it when not needed (velcro preferred). These holders did the trick and the two pack was nice so that both my kayak and my son's could have the same set up. They are a solid plastic material and are designed so any water that happens into them will flow right through (though that means anything little you need to store could fall through the bottom such as a sinker). The cup holder was the highlight and I liked how there were rubber grip feet. I use a slender metal water bottle which usually is all over the kayak when I am out on the water. With this cup holder and the rubber feet (green in the picture) it holds my slender water bottle right in place. Not rigidly in place so when I bumped it with my paddle or fishing pole it still had some side to side movement. The velcro it came with was also top notch. I was worried it may be lower quality velcro but it was not. In fact I have to make sure to hold my storage lid in place where I have it attached or the lid will pop off my kayak before the velcro detaches. The kit also came with screws for other applications such as securing in a larger boat. There is a good number of holes to place various lures or other dangling items as well as a spot to put you pliers. The side notches make a good spot to attach any lanyard you may have. The main storage area was big enough to fit some tackle as well as a fish grippers. They are a good width and length for use in a kayak between my legs. They didn't get in the way at all and aside from an occasional bump with the paddle or fishing pole they were invisible to me. Best of all the pliers and water bottle were right where I left them! Really impressed with these simple holders and wished I'd of gotten them years ago for our fishing kayaks. ... show more

    • Versatile cup holder and organizer
The best part about these to me is how many different mounting methods they have. You can surface mount it with VHB tape, screw it down thru the many holes in base or wall mount it using holes in the side. In my case I have it surface mounted in storage area next to helm. It is great to have a 2nd cup holder in addition to the one also installed nearby. Most of the time though I am using this cupholder to hold my sunglasses case which works perfectly for this. That leaves the other areas of this open for other items like handheld VHF, koozies, stereo remote, car keys, etc... It is a great catch all for the small items that tend to get misplaced frequently on the boat. ... show more
