  • Big Bang for your Bucks!
I have been into car audio for over 30 years. I was replacing a $1200 Kicker KXA 2400.1 with this amp, the Taramps - The Big Boss 3. I watched a Youtube video by Williston Audio Labs that showed it was actually under-rated and I trust his videos so I bought it. I am running two 15" American Bass Elites in a ported box tuned at 35Hz at 1 ohm. The amp was under $300 and sounds as good, produces more power, is much smaller, and is slamming my two 15" American Bass Elite subs harder than my old $1200 Kicker amp! I am super impressed! Trust me. I've been through a ton of different amps over the years and if I am telling you this amp is legit, you can believe it! Just make sure you have the big three upgrade to your vehicle before installing an amp this powerful (alternator, 0 gauge OFC copper wire, and a good enough battery or batteries). ... show more

  • Disappointed
Sound quality is great power is there but once it gets hot or turn up after tuning it keeps chipping out. And I did get it professionally installed. Very disappointed.

  • Great performance, bad packaging
It's a great amp but it doesn't come with the clip indicator or a remote so you have to buy one separately, it'd be nice to know it doesn't come with that beforehand though seeing as how now I have to wait for the clip indicator to come in so I can actually use the thing
