The first Beats Fit Pro lasted 10 months, but the long clips that hold it in your ear got soft, and both eventually broke. I liked the product, so i bought a second set. But within a week, the left pod stopped working. When I tried to reset and reconnect with my iPhone 13 Pro, my iPad, or my iMac, I could no longer connect to Bluetooth at all. In order to use my warranty, I have to have the bar code from the original packaging. I don't have all the original packaging - only the innards that came in the box, which of course includes the bar code for a free trial of Apple Music, which I already had. There's also a bar code for the Android app. But you can't access the bar code on an iPhone unless you can get to the app on the Bluetooth connection, but the ear pods no longer connect to Bluetooth. Apple Fail. If you buy, make sure to hold on to the bar code on the original wrap the box comes in. Now I am in the market for another set of headphones that won't fail in a week, and have an honest warranty ... show more

I was hesitant in buying some like these but I have wanted to try them for a while. I am impressed!! They are very comfortable. And that says a lot, I usually cannot wear ones in my ear that aren't foam pieces. I was able to wear these for several hours before getting my usual headache! The battery and case are wonderful! Only thing about the plug cover is that it is sometimes in the way to put the charger ON. But I think once it is broken in, it will be fine. Sound is very good, not much bass but that is to be expected 😂. I enjoy being able to turn the volume up and down with touches ... show more

I must have weirdly formed ears because the earbuds of any brand have never worked for me. I either have to jab them in so far they stick out funny and hurt before they fall out or they just fall out. These are the first pair of earbuds that actually fit well. The over ear clip is the perfect shape and holds in place without pressure causing a headache. My favorite part of these is the digital percent charged. I know before I put them in if they are ready and when I take them out, I know if I should charge them for future use. They are super comfortable and don’t fall out easily, even if I am bending over alot. Calls are clear and the other person stated they could hear me well, even with only one ear bud in. I forgot to read the directions, but answering and hanging up calls was simple to figure out and pause/play and skip were easy as well. I've paid for the name brands and really there isn't much difference. They're definitely great for the price and they fit in my ear holes. The packaging is nice making a really nice gift. They came with a charger that connects to one of your personal charger cubes. Same charger as my android phone so that's convenient too. Been using these earbuds for about a week or so now in the gym a lot and I got to say, they're great! The little ear cuff loop over your head helps keep it secure while doing heavy lifting. The quality of the music is great, the bass is fine, and the battery life is amazing. I don't focus too much on the quality of the music but outside of the gym is just as good.
