The complete installation was easy and not time consuming. Had it plumbed and wired up correctly in a matter of a few hours. The control panel on the water heater is very user friendly in my opinion.. Very happy and works great in my two story house.

I have installed 7 tankless electric water heaters. 3 of those were replacements for other heaters that were less than 2 years old. This one is different. The elements appear to be enclosed in insulated ceramic. It produces hot water much more quickly and efficiently. There is a flow meter built in to the display which is a first for me. All previous heaters have the same ‘guts’ but different names on the front. There is one area where this item could be improved. My inlet temp was initially to cold for this product to work right. But I installed a tee 2 ft from the output and I put a one way value and another tee back to the inlet , and that way my inlet temp rose high enough to work Perfectly. For 215 bucks it’s a great buy. I bought the ecotouch ECO90B2 and this water heater works fast and hot. I like the display because it tells me all the info I need to know. It shows gallons per minute and that helped me diagnose a problem with my water well pump and I was able to correct the problem easily. And when I needed help I was able to email them and they replied and understood what I was talking about and helped me resolve all my problems. I can tell you that this water heater gives me hot water right away and I can run my shower as long as I want without fear of running out of hot water. It's great to be able to select the exact temperature I want on the units display too. I expected my electric bill to go up but I was very happy that my electric bill actually went down. The customer service is kind and knowledgeable and helpful! And the Ecotouch ECO90B2 works great and I recommend buying one. ... show more
