I received this product. I installed this product as per the instructions. It kept blowing my breaker and leaking from somewhere. Finally discovered it has an internal leak which leaks water from the mounting holes and chord hole. Now I have no hot water.

If possible to give a 3+ rating...I would! I would probably purchase again if it holds up long enough for me to get my moneys worth out of it but I would probably try a different brand/model for one like it. The little hot water heater will work okay (maybe/kinda/sorta) but not anywhere close/consistent as an actual home unit connected to a 220v power supply. I purchased it to use in my cargo trailer toy hauler conversion (small/compact/no blow-off pipe needed) and it will get really hot for 3-4 seconds (i.e. hot enough to burn your fingers...45-47 degrees Celsius) but immediately drops down to roughly 32-36 degrees Celsius for 8-12 seconds. After being slightly warm, it will jump back up to approx. 40-42 degrees Celsius (60%-70% of the time) if I turn down the flow rate with the on/off handle to where the flow is substantially slower...functional but not a very strong stream...we have a sprayer setting on the spout and that helps. Unless it totally stops running during the warranty period, I'll probably keep it. My wife told me that she was okay with it and that the 32-36 degrees Celsius was warm enough to wash her face at night. NOTE/IMPORTANT FACT...I read another review and the person explained that if you turn the flow rate down to a slower rate (I did this first using the on/off handle), the heater would perform better because a flow rate through it that is too fast doesn't give enough time to heat the water correctly...again, that worked okay kinda/maybe/sorta but it was a pain trying to get the on/off leaver in the right spot...I want to just walk up and turn the faucet to the on position and it work correctly/normal. I hope this information is helpful and I'm appreciative to the person that did the review that shed light on the importance of having a slower flow rate running through it. If you don't have the patience and/or need very hot water for extended amounts of time, you may want to look into a 220V type tankless or go with a hot water heater that has an actual tank that heats/hold water in it...I considered a small a hot water heater with a 1.3 gallon holding capacity but it would have taken up much more room and would have required a blow-off valve pipe/hose. ... show more

I didn't like after the fact of hooking it up it kept shutting off on me so I went bought a heavy duty cord to see if that would help the issue. I then got in the shower thinking it worked to only be in the shower soapy and cold water. I was sad 😢😢 please do not invest your money into this product it's not worth the money ... show more

I also received the cords for the printer so I said let me contact Amazon I did that same day it was delivered now because it has a code for the package it completed my order so long story short I had to make a police report stating I didn't receive the full package I them gave the case number to the rep lady who then said we can't verify the information provided. Now I have returned everything that was purchased on that day due to the many people I spoke to and still didn't get any help Amazon is getting really bad at communication
