We are in a tough situation right now so the picture is yes we have a shower in a metal shop, I say it shows you can put it almost anywhere. Luckily my amazing husband rocked it out for us. So it is what it is. But anyways, one day I was taking a shower, I turned the showerhead setting down and when the pressure went down a little the water went up to 181° and burned me and broke my shower head. I was not really able to jump out of the way so it got me good and was pretty disappointing. I also didn't have the funds to purchase another one, so there's that. I was kind of scared to use it for a while, but I didn't want to be the stinky kid at workm So if you have a shower head with multiple settings that you love, you will want to make sure that you never turn into the lower setting or turn the pressure down. I will say for a positive that I do like that it turns off the propane after I think probably 30 minutes, then you turn it off and back on and you're ready and hot again. ... show more

This item arrived broken & used. Water was coming out of the hoses & the switch from winter to summer was broken. So disappointed as we were relying in this for a trip.

Purchased this to give my outside dogs a bath. Very easy to set up - everything but the propane and batteries was included. It is very lightweight and I can easily move it. Water heats up immediately even in cold weather. I have been very pleased with the portable water heater! Would recommend.

    • Cheaply made
The knobs are so cheaply made they don't even grip the bar enough to turn. We had to replace the regulator with one we had from a different hot water heater. It looks nice but you're better off spending more money on a higher quality unit.

    • Year round outdoor shower
I've had a outdoor shower for years to use after being in the pool or hot tub. The solar solution I used was limited to afternoon or later. I added this heater and now have a nice warm shower all the time. I've been running 6 weeks on 1 tank of LP and have 30% left.

    • Poor Craftsmanship
This was the second portable unit I have purchased. Installed and it ignited 1 time. After troubleshooting the regulator was bad. I returned the product and ordered another well known brand.

Set this up right away in the back yard with a garden hose. Controls are a bit touchy but it works great. Will update if anything of note happens but so far I’m very satisfied.
