Tank was dented on the bottom when it was unboxed, but rest looked fine so I installed it because I didn’t want to go thru the hassle of returning a large item. Installation was typical for a water heater and with the water in it it didn’t rock much. The hot water did not last long with the thermostat set at the factory settings (wife could not bath, wash hair and shave without the water getting cold). I increase the temperature and she does not have an issue. If I shower right after her the water will start to cool off but if I wait 10 to 15 minutes there is no issue. ... show more

I just wired it up. And yes it was full of water, I turned the thermostat to 175deg. You can hold your hand under it all day and it’s at best lukewarm. It was a waist of good money! I bought it before I started the bathroom, and didn’t realize I only had a month to return it! THANKS! The next one i buy will be local! Easy to install, will not heat water. I am going to run a continuity test on it and hopefully that’s it and I can find one locally! ... show more

I live alone and this little water heat is perfect for me. I like long showers and I have yet to run out of hot water. Be warned it will get water scalding hot so you may want to adjust the heat setting accordingly.
