These mugs sublimate very well, colors are vibrant with great definition. Once in a while there is one mug broken in the box, but this is rare! I never have time to do a return due to orders that I need to fill, but the price is very affordable, so, it’s not that big of a deal to me…if more than one was broken, I would have returned and delayed my order fulfillment. ... show more

I started out with the recommended temperature of 380-390 but colors weren't very vibrant. I did waste a few while testing but 400 degrees Fahrenheit at 400 seconds worked the best. My only dislike is that the bottom is curved so designs are difficult to get just right without ghosting. I ended up doing my image at 4.125 inches tall and that seemed to fit. ... show more

My first shipment I received a few were broken. I think that's because of how the delivery driver tossed the package over my gate. Sublimating on the mug was easy and I loved how it came out. However I did get a scratch on the black coating but that was my fault.

We love these mugs! We are sublimating with black and I heard many horror stories about the black turning brown. Not on these mugs. The black is true black. The quality is really nice. We have bought twice already!
