What I like: seem sturdy, comfortable handle, uniform color throughout the set of 12 mugs, handles stay cool when microwaved for 2 minutes with water in them (to make a cup of tea), packed VERY well. Glaze on the outside of the mug is consistent and shiny. I haven't had them long enough to speak on their duribility, but they seem like they will hold up well. What I didn't like: glaze on the inside of most mugs and inside of handles has a flat feel and a little flatter shine. Not really noticeable unless you look for it and feel it with your hand. This is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. All in all a good mug for the money! I would buy these again and from this buyer. Mugs were packed in a large piece of sturdy styrofoam with an exact molded space for each cup to fit down into. I can easily put them back in the styrofoam to store them, if needed. Cudoos to the seller for such a nice job with the packaging. ... show more

Ok so I was working with these mugs and tried to put images on them. I did the temp and time recommended. 355 degrees at 200s. My images came out faded and didn’t look like the mugs wanted to take the ink. So I googled and messed up 8 mugs. Stressful right. Well to anyone wanting to know the picture is a mug that was messed up. I baked it in the oven not covered by anything at 425 degrees for 1.5 hours. You could still see a slight image on it. I figured out if I put my image on and put it in my cup press for 400 degrees for 400s my images turned out great. I hope this is helpful for someone else. ... show more
