We love these mugs! We are sublimating with black and I heard many horror stories about the black turning brown. Not on these mugs. The black is true black. The quality is really nice. We have bought twice already!

I started out with the recommended temperature of 380-390 but colors weren't very vibrant. I did waste a few while testing but 400 degrees Fahrenheit at 400 seconds worked the best. My only dislike is that the bottom is curved so designs are difficult to get just right without ghosting. I ended up doing my image at 4.125 inches tall and that seemed to fit. ... show more
