First, I loved the packaging, not the usual boxes stacked on top of each other in the bigger box. There were 12 slots (styrofoam) for the 12 mugs inserted nice and snug in a large box. I was able to deliver them to the customer in the same box they came in. They sublimated perfectly. They do hold the heat for a bit, so be careful. What I like: seem sturdy, comfortable handle, uniform color throughout the set of 12 mugs, handles stay cool when microwaved for 2 minutes with water in them (to make a cup of tea), packed VERY well. Glaze on the outside of the mug is consistent and shiny. I haven't had them long enough to speak on their duribility, but they seem like they will hold up well. What I didn't like: glaze on the inside of most mugs and inside of handles has a flat feel and a little flatter shine. Not really noticeable unless you look for it and feel it with your hand. This is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. All in all a good mug for the money! I would buy these again and from this buyer. Mugs were packed in a large piece of sturdy styrofoam with an exact molded space for each cup to fit down into. I can easily put them back in the styrofoam to store them, if needed. These mugs work great, none of them were damaged in shipping even though the box had some damage the package was intact inside. They don't individual boxes but that's not a problem for me.
