Well made and great size, better than expected. We are using it for our tortoise as a replacement for his 20 yr old house. Easy assembly too. I highly reccomend. By the way, what others are calling "mildew" is NOT mildew. It's residue from the Styrofoam packaging and wipes right off.

Big enough for my large dog. Very easy to put together. Most of the pieces were pre drilled which made it very nice. The roof was one piece but the instructions didn’t show where to screw the lift. Pretty sturdy. One of the boards was cracked but it was still use able.

My dog fell in love with her home while I was putting it tgether. She sleeps in it all night and is happy to stay there whenever we ask her. Ididnt realoze it was designed for outdoor use and put it inside the house but I still love it and so does my dog. It s realwood but it smells strong, however, it seems like fading away. After assembling it on my porch, the smell was so strong, I had to put it in my backyard immediately afterwards.
