    • Not sturdy enough for big dogs
This product came quickly. Once assembled, it's actually longer than stated. The frames are sturdy but the wires are NOT sturdy at all. My puppy could easily bend them and get out. I had to request for a refund and the seller responded in 2 days with approval and emailed me a pre-paid mail label. After 2 weeks, of no action I reached out to the seller about my refund and they forwarded me to contact Amazon customer service. Amazon was very helpful and stated they were going to expedite refund and I should get it within 5 business days. Hopefully I'll get it soon. ... show more

    • Very poor quality and not worth the money.
Very low quality . The gage of the fence is so poor that it will not keep my dog safe. She bites the fence and can creat a hole in it and she escapes. I have fifteen other pens for my dogs this is the worst crap I have ever paid for.
