Sometimes you learn more about a company when they mess up. I put the entire run together and went to install the door only to realize it was missing a hinge. I contacted the vendor through Amazon. With in 24 hours they had sent a new hardware kit with tons of extra parts. Customer service is top notch. As for the run itself. It exceeded my expectations for for the price. It's lightweight but durable and sturdy. first night had a racoon attempt to get in. plastic coated wire held fast. Plastic zip ties broke, but it held enough to protect our baby ducks. Replaced all zip ties below 3' with metal zip ties. Next few night the racoon tried again, then lost interest. Putting together is a breeze. I laid all the parts out on the ground where they go and started clicking together, then added nits and bolts. Used a drill with 10mm socket pit and supplied wrench. One man job, though 2 people would be faster. Took longer to install the zip ties than anything else. There are a lot. I went to harbor freight and bought 400 extra and used them all. Highly recommend getting 200 metal zip ties for the bottom area if near woods where racoons or other pests may be. I did move the tarp section to the middle and then added a larger tarp to the end to create more covered area as the ducks have an open fenced area as well. BTW this is light enough when assembled for 2 people to pick up and move around the yard. I gave 5 stars for sturdiness based on it being an inexpensive light weight run. ie, best in category. Would be great for any kind of foul. Not sure it would hold up to baby goats or pigs. Would be great for puppies though. I will buy more as the flock grows. We have one for ducks and fancy pigeons now, might get all the chickens into them as well at some point. At the price, it's easy to add one a month. Pics show right after assembly before final resting spot. Still need to cut all of the zip tie tabs off. ... show more

Used this supposedly heavy duty fence for my 4 MONTH old lab and she can completely rip it apart. Every day she opens a new hole she can fit through which is pretty worrying when she has already eaten one of my chickens and I have to be away from home all day. Used all metal ties and bought more just so I can repeatedly patch the areas she broke. The pieces holding the tarp have already broken in multiple places as well. ... show more

I’ve been trying to contact the company with no luck. The parts on the door don’t go together since they made them the same diameter. Hopefully I can get someone to contact me to get this resolved.

This is perfect for smaller pets. I have it 3 stars because it was easy to assemble and looks so nice in the back yard. HOWEVER, my pup is a big breed and totally ripped through the metal zip ties that hold the wire mesh to the poles. Smaller pet would have no concern here. If you have an active, big breed ...this may not be for you. We are still using it but having to consistently replace zips to ensure our pets safety. ... show more

I originally used this kennel when my dog had puppies. I set it up in my dining room and it did a great job for 8 weeks. It is now outside and was fairly easy to assemble and disassemble. It is made of great quality materials and I highly recommend it for your kenneling needs.

The bunnies they give don really work with the tarp roof. The fencing doesn’t come very sturdy and the height of the fence are a bit short, dogs can get out from the shortness.

I could not be happier with this kennel! I cannot believe I spent days thinking about buying it. The price is fair and we absolutely love it. Fast shipping! Packed well! The kennel works perfectly and it is very sturdy. The canopy is attached tightly and the wind can go under it so it does not tear off like a cheap tarp would. This keeps my puppy safe at night and not bother my garden. It is roomy enough, strong metal structure and easy swing door that can be kept closed. Thanks for helping us protect our puppy. The seller is so nice and thanks soooo much! It took around 1.5 hours for me and my husband to build it. The connector pieces are pretty wiggly. We were not in a hurry and only used hand tools. the chain link that comes with the pen is flimsy. my dog is able to get out through the bottom by bending the fence with her feet and creates holes. even though the cable ties are on it she’s still able to get out. i even went as far as to buy more ties and she still escapes by bending, i recommend buy extra fencing to double up to prevent happening. i will say my dog is medium to small dog. ... show more
