Bought the XL size of this coat. I'm 6' 3" and 220lbs. It fits very nicely. It is wind proof, comfortable, and very warm. The zipper feels a little flimsy, but otherwise this coat is very well put together and well worth the asking price.

This thing is unbelievably warm, solid stitched, and incredibly soft on the inside. Perfect size, but a bit big around the waist. The camo looks cool, too. Very light, but still resists wind. The zipper works perfect.

    • Impressive Coats BUT Sizing Chart is Incorrect! Please read before buying!!
Size: Small Color: #215 Denim Blue
These coats totally deserve a Five Star rating; however, I rated as a four star only because the Sizing Chart is wrong. Here's the thing: if you go by the sizing chart itself which shows Bust (Chest) sizes and Waist sizes -- in inches -- it is way off! For example, my son has a chest size of 38" inches so we bought him a size Small coat even though he would normally wear a Medium because the size chart shows a beginning Chest size of 44" inches and we were concerned that the coat would be way too big for him. It arrived and he tried it on just over a t-shirt and could barely zip it up but couldn't sit down in it comfortably and there's no way he'd be able to add layers over his t-shirt underneath this coat as it would simply be too tight. So, we bought another of these coats in a Medium (the size he normally wears) and it's perfect! So, please only go by your normal size of S, M, L, XL and so on when you order. Don't trust the Sizing Chart showing inches, it's totally off! These coats are sized properly by S, M, Large, XL not by inches shown. We have since bought a second coat for our son in a different color and they are amazing coats! The look,feel and warmth are quite impressive for this price! Well worth the buy! ... show more

This is yet another outstanding product from Tacvasen. Very high quality, incredibly warm and comfortable. This is the best winter jacket you will ever own at a price you cannot beat. I bought my son one of these for Christmas and he loves it. Went ahead and got myself one after trying his out and finding how incredibly warm it is, like you're walking around in your own personal heat cocoon. I got mine right in time as we had a string of days where the temps were in the teens and low twenties. I took several long walks in these temperatures, shoveled snow, at one point in freezing sleet and never once did I come close to getting cold. Ran into a guy who was coralling carts outside a grocery store who was wearing the same coat. He said he got in his coat a few years ago as a gift from his wife and it was the best winter coat you ever had. He asked me how much mine cost and when I told him he couldn't believe it. We stood there and talked in 20° weather for 5 minutes about how great these coats are and how warm they keep you. While we were talking he pulled fur lined hood down because he said he was too hot! I told him that every item I've gotten from Tacvasen has been outstanding, including the fleece lined pants I was wearing. He told me he was going to buy some. Tacvasen is a great company with great products. I'm 5'9 and 178 lbs and wear Large in everything.. This size L coat fits me great. My son is 6 ft 2 and 190 lb and his size large fits him great also. ... show more

This coat was just what I needed for work when we had that artic storm in Houston last month (Jan 2025). Fit great. Was a bit heavy but that was to be expected from a heavy winter coat. Great pockets, nice furry lining and a hood that I could wear a cap under (cap, knit hat and then hood... the knit hat was a bit much). Sure, I won't get lots of use from it (it was close to 80°F a week later) but it sure is nice if we get another one of these winter storms. I tried not to gloat to my coworkers and recommended it to them too. ... show more

This is an extremely warm or hot jacket. It is a slim fit. So if you have belly. One size up will fit better. I’m ordering a second one. I’ll have it one size bigger. Because I like to layer up.
