The size goes by Chinese sizes. Fits extremely extremely small. So if you wear a 4xl and you order that size then it's going to fit like a 2xl. So disappointed and was really looking forward to this. Wish I could give negative stars.

I bought 2 vests and their suggested battery to compare. Overall, visually I liked this vest better. The zipper is a little delicate, and I was afraid I was going to damage it more than once. The vest has the battery in the front left inside pocket, leaving your hand free in the outside pocket. The collar pokes me under the chin, I hope it relaxes The controls are easy to operate. It was recommended I get a size up, but I chose not to and it is snugger than the other vest. I could have chosen the next size up. I wear a T-shirt and dress shirt underneath. There are 2 issues. The vest goes into standby mode before it gets good and hot The battery last a couple of days, but when I put it on the charger, 2 of the 4 lights are solid. I purchased a size small. I’m 5’7” 140 lbs. The size fits well. I tried it inside my house to see how well it heated. The front “belly” did not heat at all. Looking at the inside there is no silver lining. So I wondered how it would. Then I checked the back. I did feel it but not like I should. The highest heating level is red. I should be toasty especially inside my home. My previous heated vest from another company is not available or I would purchase another one of that particular brand. Does not include a battery. The text is hidden down in the listing in small print. Batteries run another $30. This fact should be shown in the listing title! I have no idea how it works yet but appears to be thin and cheaply made. As shown in photo, heat grid is not sewn into lining but just open to inside. Not happy, will probably return ... show more
