I have a Belgian Malinios and a red Catahoula and they like to jump out fence and go into (escape) the woods pretty regularly. One of these adventures led to them being lost for 6 days. So let me give out a friendly warning: the AirPod tracker only helps if your dog hits peoples WiFi but won’t tell you where they are exactly. So, the AirTag helped me know they were still alive but I could let find them. After they were found I did find the “tractive” satellite tracker and was able to attach it to their collars under one of the Velcro straps on this collar. So when they jumped a couple of weeks ago they were immediately found using the Tractive unit. (It’s affordable and worth every penny). I still love the AirTag for knowing they were alive out in the wild while we searched. So, to the collar, extremely durable, we’ve had it for almost a year. There is a little fraying around the Velcro but that’s normal for Velcro. The d-ring/clip did break off one of the collars (we have 2) so we now use the handle to clip the leads to, no big deal for us. Oh, and the Velcro tags, they don’t budge, ever. I also bought name tags that have rivets and you directly attach them to the material so they don’t dangle, I put that under where the handle is and used the Velcro strap to double secure it. I will purchase these again when the time comes. I really love all of the features and they have lasted a very long time with heavy use. Next order I’ll go up a size to accommodate all of the bells and whistles I’ve added to keep my dogs safe. ... show more

Collar arrived and looked very sturdy and worked well till yesterday. Our dog came in and the AirTag fell out. Apparently all the screws backed out and on corned broke. *UPDATED REVIEW* One day after I posted my review for this product the seller contacted me. I explained to them that we like the collar, we thought it was well made but we did have one problem. I sent them a picture and that was it. They immediately sent us a new collar. This company’s customer service is absolutely outstanding. Thanks again for your help ... show more

    • Heavy duty but it’s a Lot of Velcro

Good heavy duty collars for my big dogs. Easy to insert air tags for security. It’s an interesting design, a little cumbersome to increase size of collar. And the Velcro…<sigh>. It’s fine for my Lab with his short coat but it’s hell on the sheepdog with his long hair.

I have had this collar for 3 months. Yesterday the cover for the air tag came off and the air tag fell out. Fortunately I found the air tag, but the cover, and the tiny screws that hold it on, are lost. The collar itself is fine, sturdy, with a good tactical handle.

Update 5/19 - seller contacted me and is sending a new collar! Excellent customer service. Bought 3/2024. Pic included is after 2 months of wear. Velcro became unattached 1 month in. I trimmed it and glued down the remainder in an attempt to salvage - not much luck there as you can see.

I got the medium tactical collar for my Siberian husky in green and it fits great. Adjustment was easy to figure out and put on and I like the thickness and material it was made out of as well as the handle loop. The buckle on it is made out of a nice strong metal, which I like. It came with some velcro patches, but I decided not to use them since one appears to need to be sewn on and the other looked too wide and may easily get pulled off while my dogs are playing with each other. I also like the idea of being able to use an apple AirTag with this collar since huskies are prone to wander. Looks great very well made out side of the airtag holder (which is why I bought the product). Cheap plastic construction on the holders. Lost two screws at some point and the AirTag fell out and was lost. Unfortunate that someone spent a lot of time and effort in a quality collar just to have someone say, “hey, let’s put a cheap plastic AirTag holder on as well. UPDATE* company reached out and sent me a new one. Really great customer service. Hopefully this one lasts! Collar material is great but the air tag cover came off and is lost so it defeats the purpose of why we picked this collar
