Performance is just miserable. Can't play games or even stream youtube videos without serious screen lag. Bought this to play simple card games and the tablet lags every time an animation plays. The screen quality is grainy and, even on the highest setting, not very bright. Touch screen glitches out about 30% of the time I turn it on and requires it to be restarted. This tablet I purchased is faulty. When watching YouTube videos I prefer a horizontal hold but the video is hidden to the right of the window where I should be viewing it. When held vertically there is a black window. I am very unhappy about that. I should say I contacted Amazon the guys I connected with were very helpful, they referred me to the seller's email contact; but I got no response....will try again and come back with the update.
