The USBC charging port started loosening, slowing charging and becoming dependent on being kept perfectly still. Eventually the port became completely non-responsive, not charging at all. No guides available to self repair, so it's a paperweight within months of purchase.

I think the tablet has a lot of great features that not a lot of tablets have. As well as I didn't expect it to come in the case. I love the way the tablet works!no issues at all yet since purchasing it! I was a bit confused however, I looked up the mouse and it didn't have any batteries inside. I didn't know if it was supposed to have batteries inside of the mouse or in the box. But I found none. But over all I'm loving this tablet and it's my favorite one I've purchased! ... show more

    • Make sure you are connecting to 2.4g WFI, not 5g

If you're having issues getting this tablet to connect to your WIFI router: 1. Make sure you have a router capable of broadcasting 2.4ghz. 2. If you still cant get the device connected, disable the 5g broadcast band temporarily in your router settings. Most modern routers are dual or tri-band so it should work but mine was getting confused and would connect for a few minutes then disconnect and be unable to reconnect. I tried separating the broadcast bands into separate networks but that didn't work. What did work is disabling the 5g band in the router settings and I was able to connect 2 of these tablets and able to share with other computers on the network. Overall the picture looks good and the tablet functions as an android device. It is pretty slow and has a noticeable delay with most actions, the screen also doesn't auto rotate, and the battery life is atrocious... but for $40 you can't really complain. Little irritated that the tablet isn't advertised as being 2.4ghz but in the end it did work. ... show more
