At first it was slow through the initial setup but after that it has been fine on speed and performance. Definitely a great deal for the price! It came with a case and screen protector plus there’s already a screen protector applied to it out of the box so that’s all great! Thanks

The 10" tablet is a nice size,it came with 2 screen protectors 1 on the tablet and another in the box.It can be a little slow but it's working out great for me.I have all my apps I use but one the Verizon app,for that I go to Verizon my plan web site and log in,I have the web site saved. I bought this tablet less than 90days ago for a gift it was charged per manual instructions; now less than 3months it will not power on at all IT WAS COMPLETELY DEAD after a FULL CHARGE. No need to reach out to the Seller THEY WILL NOT RESPOND BACK, for a replacement or refund. So just chalk it up as a Loss. If l could rate it ZEROS (0000) l would. No customer service!!! Only had a couple of weeks. Definitely downloaded updates much faster than my last tablet, but the battery dropped quick when using. Unless there is a login issue and you're waiting for it to die, then it apparently lasts forever! A couple weeks in the lockscreen just stopped working. It would confirm that I used the correct swipe, would act like it was logging me in, but then it justs goes back to lockscreen. I restarted at least 30 times. Both with the buttons, and using a paperclip in the reset hole. Never does it ever give you an option to factory reset. Support just says to return it. WASTE OF MONEY!!!! I'm returning it, and am praying to God that I do not have any security issues. ... show more
