As other reviewers mentioned, these lamps come in a very small box. Its hard to believe two full-size lamps are packed in there. But they are packed remarkably well and safe. They are very easy to put together, and as a bonus they come with a lightbulb. I love the ability to touch it without trying to look for a knob to turn it on and off. I like the convenience of having a charger right next to my bed thats easily accessible. So when I got my lamps put together, I was excited to set them up. Unfortunately, one of the two lamps malfunctioned. I would touch it and it would not stay on or adjust to a brighter setting. I tried troubleshooting in a variety of ways without success. I loved the lamps and I didn’t want to have to return both of them. I sent a note to Amazon customer service, who in turn connected me with the seller. I had direct communication with the seller via Amazon website. After explaining my attempts at troubleshooting and that I really did not want to return them because I liked them so much, they offered to send me a new shipment with two lamps. When I received them, I once again was excited to get them set up. Lo and behold they worked this time. I really love these lamps. They have three brightness settings that are adjusted by touch. They have a USB port to charge my phone at night while sleeping. And they’re perfect for my needs. Above and beyond that, the seller‘s customer service was superior and I don’t take that lightly. They were ready willing and able to address the issues and resolved it quickly and reasonably. So if you’re giving consideration to these lamps or, perhaps, other products from this seller, I would say go for it and don’t hesitate. I am 100% satisfied! ... show more

    • Great lamps, great price, nice look, lousy charging ports
As my title said, the lamps look great, they are not too heavy or so lightweight that a cat could knock it over, they are very inexpensive, and they are easy to assemble. Having the light bulbs included is also a bonus. I was able to use the charging port since I have a Google phone, but it was very, very slow at charging my phone. Many other reviewers had trouble with the charging ports or couldn't even use them. If they were NOT included, I would have rated these 5 stars, but if a product is advertised as having something include, it should work. Therefor I gave the lamps only 4 stars. ... show more

I was really wary of the concept of having to Assemble the lampshades. I felt like they would look ridiculous when done. I am completely shocked, but they look quite good. And the lamps themselves are amazing. So sturdy and solid. I would buy these again in a heartbeat.

These arrived and were much more durable than I expected. Super easy to put together and they look great. Love the tap feature. Also the perfect height as I didn't want a tiny lamp. I bought a set of 2 more right after for another room because I like them so much.

Had the lamp since August and it stopped working. Barely uses as this is in my grandsons room for when he stays over. Unfortunate there is no way to turn it on other than the touch sensor.
