If I could even put zero star I will have done so. I sent tablet to my sister overseas and it never turned on. She sent it back to me but I can't even return it because the return window is closed. I am so disappointed, how can you sell tablets that doesn't even work? It's not even like it was cheap. You should test them before sending them to the client. ... show more

However , I decided to restart it and I’m glad I did because once it restarted everything was running smoothly ! For the price of the tablet it is very nice .     • Good value on an android 13 tablet
I got this as a Cyber Monday deal, and the price was great. Similar to another reviewer, I was looking for a cheap tablet to use as a lightweight laptop to to edit basic work documents and do a little web browsing that I could take to and from work without worrying if I dropped or lost it. This more than fits the bill. It does take a bit of time to boot up, but once on is certainly fast enough, and I can run was office on it just fine. Wifi connection seems stable. Battery life isn't great, but it works well enough to handle my commute. The accessories are a bit cheap. The case protects the tablet nicely, but doesn't function well as a stand, and the tablet slides down. I might try some binder clips to create a ledge to hold it on the edge, but I'd rather not have to do that. The keyboard is cheap, but pairs ok with the tablet and functions well enough to get work done. It's so light, it slides around, but I also may use some velcro to secure it to the case. Stylus works, nothing special, same with mouse. Mouse requires batteries, keyboard charges with same usb cable as tablet. Overall, I'm happy with it for what I paid. ... show more

The product is super light but I have kids who have a tendency not to pay attention sometimes. It broke very easily. Do not recommend if you have kids who are not responsible enough to put it up when done or to be careful with them.

We bought this for our daughter the end of July and at first it seemed pretty nice for a kids tablet but now the screen is unresponsive. We have turned it on and off multiple times but nothing. I tried looking up how to do a factory reset but can't find anything.
