The dresser is perfect! It’s sturdy and fits the farmhouse/industrial masculine vibe we were going for. Drawer and doors close smoothly, instructions were easy to figure out, and we had no missing parts whatsoever. We received a part that was damaged and the seller shipped a new piece out to us immediately. It was easily the most pleasant and efficient customer service experience I’ve ever had. I bought this dresser along with the nightstand. Aside from one side of the barn doors being crooked (probably due to the pre-drilled holes), I think it came out well. Just pay very close attention when putting this guy together. There’s a lot of different pieces that the instructions want you to put together seemingly all at once. It’s very easy to miss important details, especially if you’re listening to music or other media as you work. There were a couple of times I had to go back a few steps because the instructions were not clear about a certain way things had to be facing, etc. Oh, and you’ll be using glue so factor that into the fun as well. Other than the pain of putting the dresser together, I think it’s still worth the money. It looks nice and is lightweight, but is still sturdy. I would recommend for anyone on a budget. *Important note: Make sure you’re putting the screws through the right holes in the drawer slides. I made the mistake of putting them in the wrong holes on one side. This led to the drawers sticking out too much, causing the barn doors to get stuck and not open all the way. As soon as I realized my mistake, the barn doors worked fine. I noticed other reviewers had this issue so just double check when you’re through to make sure you aren’t making the same mistake. ... show more

I honestly don’t normally take the time to write reviews, but this product is too great not to take the time to do so. I searched all of my local furniture stores trying to find the perfect piece, but either came up short or shipping was going to be 8+ weeks. I decided I would purchase this as I loved the look of it and it was the perfect size for what I needed it for. I did pay extra for expedited shipping, but it was absolutely worth it. This came packaged, phenomenally; not a single piece was missing or damaged. It did have a lot of pieces and did take some time as I used a screwdriver per recommendations. But the instructions were clear and easy to follow. This piece is very will manufactured and they thought of everything, even wood grain looking stickers to put over screws and such so everything blends nicely. This piece is sturdy and very well made, it’s heavy! So glad I took a chance and purchased this, I absolutely LOVE it! Update:Seller and Amazon has still not refunded the shipping cost. Amazon is not taking responsibility for the failure of the first representative telling me to take it anywhere I wanted to ship it back. In case, anyone else has this happen the process is that you contact the seller and they create a shipping label which takes about three days. I learned this process with another piece of furniture that has drawers that I didn’t even want to mess with after this fiasco. Neither party has taken responsibility for this call representative failing at her job and telling me to just send it back. I asked her, is that all I have to do and she said yes. One of them owes the shipping cost to me. My husband and I followed the directions to a T. Once we finally got to the drawers the would not go in even at all and the top rails would not even take a drawer. Nothing I/ we did would fix it. I did all the double back checking the railing on the drawers and the wall on both sides. The wheel on the top drawer slot would not slide into place. Being a person who grew up on a farm I can usually get things to work. Not in this case. I kept running the thoughts through my head of why it wasn’t matching up. Turns out the board had a very slight warp curving back to the right. At that point, I figured out that it was not going to work. I called Amazon, the girl told me to take it and ship it back they would take care of it. Get to the ups store and I had to pay to ship it back. Second Amazon person had a “ain’t my problem” attitude and third Amazon person filled out everything that should have been done with the first phone call. Seller is claiming that they are not responsible for the shipping and to contact Amazon & that they will reimburse the $276 but not the $256 for shipping that Amazon has to pay for it.. I’ve done that and now waiting on but not real optimistic on getting the $256 shipping fees back from anyone. Not reputable! Stay away! ... show more
