1. Was a birthday gift. Arrived, missing major parts. Had to “prove” that it was missing parts, “ really?” 2. Was ridiculously difficult to start- enough that the pull cord broke 3. Bought a pull cord on our own dime, still ridiculously difficult to start. Finally got it started, probably has 30 minutes total on it. 4. Hasn’t started ever since…. 5 contacted company , who by the way, made us “ prove” it wouldn’t start via video. 6. Expressed we wanted to return it because it is poor quality, looks good, however you can’t ride it on looks alone. 7. They refused return/ reimbursement as “it was past time for returning “ 8. They are sending us a carburetor to “fix” the problem ourselves…. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE They do not stand behind their product- they do not have a repair shop that will fix their defective product- and from all the previous reviews, they obviously don’t care” Have no customer service or support. Will the carburetor fix the issue? Good question… we shouldn’t have to fix a product, but it will be fixed, at our expense. It was as I mentioned earlier a birthday gift to our grandson. Who’s more disappointed, us, or him? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY Please buy from a local dealer who can take care of issues that can arise. It is hit and miss with SYX MOTO VK. Good bike so far , he has about 10 hours riding so this does not mean much , bike came with leaking rear tire so I contacted seller for replacement, I will update if I get no answer

Bought 2 of these and there's nothing but problems between starting issue,engine oil leaked out during shipping, cracked fuel tank and now damaged fork with piston separated ..customer service is no better you send them photos of damage and they send you wrong replacement then ask for more pictures of replacement and say it will work on that bike ... show more

it's nice but you cannot go too fast or ride it too Rought because it will break, the durability is low and i bought it looking at all the reviews anyways because my son wanted to upgrade.

It was appropriately 2 business days after order date, and I received my kid’s pit bike. It is easy to start, the starter works very well. The welding looks fine. After watching some YouTube video, it seems like I have to clean and empty its CARB if the pit bike would have been sitting there for a while. ... show more

Received the bike and it would only run on full choke and blew flames out the exhaust. Not safe for a 10 year old. Also the rear tire would not hold air. The company told me that was fine to run the bike full choke blowing flames but I refused for the safety if my child. They then told me to send it back, they would replace the bike and cover my return shipping costs. I spent $40 boxing this back up to ship it back. After weeks go by the refunded a small part of my purchase price, kept over $200 for. "Restocking fee" (of a not working bike probably to resell the junk to someone else) then completely stopped responding to my emails. Luckily I kept all my emails so I could show amazon support they ripped me off and Amazon was able to get me back my money. Stay away from this company/bike ... show more

Easy installation. Runs like it should. For the price I paid, the quality is definitely better than the others ones I had in the same category. So far no issues. Bought it for my nephew for his birthday. Little guy love to ride in the mud.
