At first I was very thrilled! It came a week earlier then It was supposed to! The delivery was seamless! A nice sturdy metal framed box to keep it safe and protected! However… there was nothing in the manual about how to remove the seat to hook up the battery. So that took quite awhile to figure out. Once we did figure it out something was wrong with the battery. It was dead. So we had to charge the battery. Now the bike is making a strange noise. Will not start no matter what we do or try. We have had it only a week. I tried calling to confirm with a representative the afternoon after I made the purchase only to be met with "agent is unavailable, leave a voicemail or message us at Support Syx Moto" I left a voicemail AND followed up with a ticket on their website about my order. They called me Monday morning, but JUST missed the call. I returned the call IMMEDIATELY (as in a min) - no answer. I leave my phone unattended and hear it ring, so I rush back, answer the phone but it did not connect and was unable to hear anyone on the other end. I receive a voicemail after missing the first call and attempted to call back. I made 9 calls throughout Monday from the morning up until the late evening, but was met with the same voice message - that a representative is unavailable and to leave a voicemail. I am waiting for the phone call today, but really hoping they don't just cancel my order and charge me the freight x 2 for "being unable to be reached to confirm my address." I confirmed it in the voicemail (twice on two separate voicemails) as well as via the ticket on their website. They should set up two or three times (date and approx time) for the call to take place so you're just not waiting by your phone ALL DAY. or be MUCH MORE accessible. I bought this for my son alittle over a year ago. The engine started smoking so I contacted syxmoto to order a new engine. Figured it would cost $250-$400 just like all the engines online. Customer service told me $349 for a new engine. I was asked if I would like to order one. I said sure and was contacted a day later. Now the price has changed to $550. The bike only cost $850 new not worth buying a $550 engine for it. Save your money and go with a diffrent company with better customer service. ... show more

I’ve had this bike for a month. Rode everyday since i got it. My boyfriend got me this bike for my birthday, i absolutely love it. So did he, and he got one of his own as well. They are exactly as pictured & function very well. You will have to replace the battery immediately. We both had to with our bikes. I believe they were made in 2019, so the batteries will be dead upon arrival. After a few rides, a wire connected to the battery falls off and needs to be reconnected but after that there’s no issues. Happened with my bike first then his. After fixing hasn’t happened since. Speed wise - his bike goes 38mph & mine 36mph. Breaks function exceptionally well, it runs perfect & overall is worth every penny. The assembly was difficult due to no instructions according to my boyfriend and his father. After the first bike it was easy though. The comfort of the bike is great, all sizes can ride, mine and my boyfriends only thing is our butts hurt after riding for awhile. We do ride for a few hours at a time, part of the reason. Hurts after awhile. Would recommend to anyone! ... show more

I bought the 50cc for my son 2 years ago. I figured for his first couple bikes while he is growing that we would start him out with a cheaper bike then the top brands. He has ridden the bike for 2 years now. The only problem we had was with the carburetor. Which was an easy fix. A new carb was 15 dollars. And it had nothing to do with the manufacturer. The carb issue is because ethanol gas is bad for small engines. Other than that the bike has been great. Now we are buying the 110cc for him. I figure once his growing slows down I'll get him a $4,000 name brand. Until then the syx is an awesome buy ... show more
