The sizes run slightly larger than usual. It's best to try the variation pack first to find to find the best fit. HOW TO USE SYMBIO W EARTIPS - [STEP 1] Install the Symbio W Eartips over the "nozzle" on your Earphones. The nozzle diameter should be around 4.5MM-6.5MM for best fit with SYMBIO W Eartips (smaller size nozzles example for Shure, Westone requires an adapter. Please ask us!). [STEP 2] After installed Eartips, squeeze and roll the Ear tips between your fingers before insert the Earphones in the ear canal. Make sure the foam part is compressed enough to allow easier insertion. The Foam material is thermoplastic, which makes it stiff in cold environment and softer comfortable after exposed to body heat when installed in the ear canal. [STEP 3] After inserting Earphones, hold them in place for a few seconds. The foam needs little time to expand in your ear canal. You will gradually hear the surrounding noise diminish with better sound isolation. The SYMBIO Eartips should provide a good seal, resulting in improved bass response and overall sound performance. If the Eartips hurts in your ears, try a smaller size. The Large and Medium size can feel slightly larger than usual. [CARE OF EARTIPS] Notice! Do not wash or use aggressive chemicals. Use a clean dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth to clean the silicone surface outside. The SYMBIO W Eartips should be easy to keep clean and have longer life compare to standard Foam Eartips. To start, I am NOT the average person when it comes to ear tips. At a very young age I had a couple of surgeries on my ears. The first was to install tubes to prevent ear infections, and the subsequent ones were to remove the tubes when they didn't fall out properly. I first noticed problems with fitment when I really started getting into the IEM hobby. I really struggled to find any IEMs that would fit nicely. I always had problems with seal. I had to use different sizes for tips on every pair I picked up. I started testing different tips after my IEM collection grew substantially. I knew I needed a pair of tips that I could buy outright, didn't have seal issues, and didn't destroy the sound signature. I started picking up as many sets as I could just to test, with very little success. Best I found was with foam tips. Comply fit the best overall, but Dekoni had the better overall sound. I didn't love either. Foam seals great, but definitely messes with the sound too much for me to enjoy the IEMs how they should be. Also, foam tips need moderately frequent replacements, so this would quickly add up. I knew I wanted a pair of tips that had the foam seal, but had the durability of silicone. These came across after a big name content creator recommended them, so I picked up a variety set and tested. "This is it." Immediately noticed the seal. It genuinely is effortless for me. The rebound time on the foam ring isn't nearly as bad as with foams, so they take a maximum of five seconds to put in. Comfort was not a problem either. They felt fine in my ears. I also didn't have to bother with different sizes. Medium "just worked" in my ears. I started playing music and IMMEDIATELY loved them. They did not bring the boom-y quality of foams that I don't really like. The sound was like that of silicone, the fit was that of foam, and I didn't have to fight with them for minutes just to get a good seal. They aren't flawless, though. Durability is not anywhere near as bad as foams, but eventually the foam ring does lose a bit of its rebound. They can be a bit fiddly to install, and if the foam starts separating you may start to have issues. Even with this, these are still my top IEM tips. These live on all of my IEMs that can fit them. I have two packs on reserve, and will likely pick up more as I continue in this hobby. These tips genuinely saved me from conventional foam tips, and for that I am thankful. ... show more

These hold up better than just foam tips that degrade so quickly. Not as long lifed as silicone only tips, but somewhere in between. Comfort is on par with foams and yet grip as well as silicone. I personally don't care for the constant pressure foam tips put on my ear canals and prefer silicone, and these are no different. If you like foam tips and can wear them comfortably, then these are an improvement! ... show more

I really wanted to like these tips, but sadly even though they fit the actual buds, they don't fit inside the charging case. I tried both the medium and small sizes and it just to long to have the case close and have the buds make good connection to charge.

The silicone coating doesn't allow the foam to compress and swell in the ear canal. My liberty 3 earbuds are heavy, so this is no help to me

Can’t say I like or dislike the product because the medium size didn’t fit my ears (too small). The product seemed like quality, but useless if it doesn’t fit. Here’s the problem: Can’t just buy a set of only Large…only alternative was a set of 2 each of S/M/L @ $15.89 (6 total eartips)…which means I would have to pay almost $8 per large eartip to get a set of large and throw out the sets of medium and small that would not fit…I refuse to play that game, so had to return. I’m sure these cost almost nothing to produce! I understand offering a starter set of S/M/L to see what fits, but once a buyer finds the fit…why can’t this company offer individual sets of 6 tips (3 sets) in small only, medium only, and large only. They’ve out marketed themselves out of a steady flow of repeat business. ... show more

The tips make it where the case is slightly open with the buds inside but they still register as closed and charge normally. I cut off the extra silicone at the tip and now they fit perfectly and still work well

Comfort was great, for the one time I wore them. I switched memory foams for these and immediately heard reductions in imaging and a significant increase in sibilance on my Empire Ears Odin. This is of course a VERY subjective take given that each person's ear is nearly as unique as a fingerprint. But this was my experience.
