I upgraded to a new phone and noticed it had no headphone port. It's a Google pixel 7, my first Google phone and I found it so odd not to have the port. Looking online I found this adapter. This one has a great price so I decided to give it a try. It works perfectly. I can now plug my wireless headphones directly into my phone if their battery dies while I am using them. The adapter plugs into the charging port so you won't be able to charge your phone with a cord while using it but my phone has wireless charging so I can set it on its wireless charger next to me in bed and still have my headphones on. I used this product to plug headphones into a pixel 6 pro. They stopped working after a week or 2. Low quality assembly is perhaps the reason.

Make sure you really puch the headphone jack in. It is a very snug fit and I thought I had it fully inserted but I didn't. When I got that down worked fine

    • Broke within two days of use. The metal prong got stuck in my phone
I was using it to listen to music with a pair of old wired headphones and after 2 days of gentle use, the metal insert got separated from the connector. It was stuck in my phone and I had to use tweezers to get it out.

    • This item must be defective
This item made annoying sounds while I was listening and made my new phone smell smoky the first day I listened but then it stopped. It didn't do it the 2nd day but it did again the 3rd day so I returned it.
