Bought this so I could use wired headphones at work since we can't use Bluetooth for security reasons. Plugged it in and everything was great until I pulled it out of my phone and the plug came off. Useless.

Make sure you really puch the headphone jack in. It is a very snug fit and I thought I had it fully inserted but I didn't. When I got that down worked fine

    • Broke within two days of use. The metal prong got stuck in my phone
I was using it to listen to music with a pair of old wired headphones and after 2 days of gentle use, the metal insert got separated from the connector. It was stuck in my phone and I had to use tweezers to get it out.

I have a brand new Pixel phone so the usb-c port is unused. This device resulted in one of two things. It wouldn't stay connected to the port or it gave horrible feedback. The ear-busting kind. Returning it for a different brand. Hope they aren't all made by the same manufacturer. Sigh.
