I received my TV on June 19th - delivery time was average but it is a large heavy TV. When I installed it I was impressed with the picture quality - I hooked up an Amazon 4K firestick and it works great. I had no problem setting up my Wi-Fi network. The TV remote seems heavy duty and weather proof. The wall I mounted to on my uncovered patio is always in partial shade - so I turned down the brightness and the picture looks great. Due to the fact the speakers are protected and the sound comes from the bottom of the TV - I recommend getting a sound bar but if you don't have one right away the sound seems fine. I did use their customer service for a minor replacement part - they were fast to ship it out to me and it did not affect me hanging my TV to the wall mounts. All in all - very good TV for the money - I recommend it! ... show more

After a couple of weeks my TV turned on but didn't display any picture. The TV probably got knocked around during shipping and finally gave out shortly after setup. I did purchase an extra warranty through Amazon just in case! I went straight to Sylvox instead of Amazon just so they could be aware of the issue. They corresponded swiftly and I had a replacement within 2 weeks. They also provided a return label and I reused the box the new one came in. The TV uses Android/Google TV so all of the apps we currently use in the house are available. At one point, one app wouldn't download "app not available for current version of your software" or something similar. Just restart the TV and try again that seemed to fix it. The remote works well and was easy to connect via the initial TV setup menu. The TV menus are responsive and snappy. Bluetooth and wifi setup were both seamless. You can also connect it to a BT speaker, but keeping it connected all the times seems tricky. It's probably a fight between the BT speaker and the TV and a few other devices as well. The box also comes with a variety of mounting bolts if needed. A wall mount is NOT included. However, the mount you buy separately will also come with some bolts. The TV's enclosure is solid and quiet. The original TV I bought on Amazon had a loud fan noise, but this replacement unit directly from Sylvox is completely quiet. They said they had updated the design and removed the fan noise entirely, GOOD MOVE. My original purchase from Amazon didn't have any physical buttons (that I could find) to operate the TV. This replacement from Sylvox has a set of buttons on the side in case you cannot use the remote. The audio leaves a bit to be desired, but I find the MEDIA setting to have a good balance between speech and base. More often than not, you will use your own independent speaker, but it's not horrible otherwise. Keep in mind that the sounds is enclosed in the case so don't expect living room quality. This TV was delivered on May 21 and installed in on May 28. The tv was unresponsive to the remote and wouldn’t allow setup without the remote. Called customer service and the first talked me through setting up the remote, but to no avail. They sent a new remote via ground shipping and it took 12 days to arrive. Tried the new remote today and it won’t pair either. It’s the TV. So now I need to get them to send a replacement and go through the mounting procedure again and hope the new tv (assuming they will send me one) works. What a pain in the butt. TV worked and looked great for the first few months. Then it started shutting down after 10-15 minutes of viewing. I spoke with Customer service, they walked me through troubleshooting steps. But it still did not fix the issue. After providing proof of purchase (for warranty info) they replaced it and sent return label for old V> New one has worked fine...it really completes m outdoor setting. Love it! ... show more

Yes, we take it camping!! It fits our "roughing-it" lifestyle. The TV sat right there in the rain while we watched divisional playoffs outdoors. It worked GREAT. That big speaker below it helps the sound. As you might assume, a TV that's wrapped in metal, might not have the best sound quality. Thankfully, there's a headphone jack inside the weatherproof compartment, and it plugged right into my weatherproof speaker. If there were any improvements that I could want, they would be a place to attach a padlock/cable lock. While I had a lock on it, wrapped around the tree, it's only going through the mounting bracket, which can be removed with screws. Sylvox, help me make this more secure! The other thing I think it should have is an easy to remove weatherproof cover over all the ports. This thing has about a dozen tiny philips screws. Such a pain for how we use the TV. If we simply mounted this outdoors at home, then I wouldn't need frequent access. But as a mobile camping TV? I want in there. I paired this with a Roku, since the "smart" in this TV isn't all that smart. No apps like YouTube TV. Just the basics, like Netflix. ... show more

If you need an actual outdoor rated TV, this is a great value. It arrived with great packaging which was surprisingly easy to unbox. TV is very solid and has a very bright picture even for a partial sun model. NOTE: We have it in a covered screened in porch and it works great. No issues with heat/cold. We did have a problem with the remote when it arrived, but Sylvox support was very responsive, quickly did some troubleshooting, and then immediately shipped out a replacement remote which paired and worked perfectly. I would highly recommend it for the quality product and outstanding and responsive support which doesn't seem to be common anymore. ... show more
