I received my crushed glass today. The box it was shipped in and the Amazon box , both were damaged (crushed and torn at two corners). The lid wasn't screwed on the container and the majority of the Crushed glass emptied out into the Amazon box. I will say the small amount I was able to salvage the color is gorgeous and the size was exactly what I wanted. Hopefully the other one I ordered isn’t damaged. Update: the seller contacted me almost immediately about this problem. They were super helpful and they offered a full refund. Of course I will use that refund to purchase this item again and hopefully many more in the near future since it is an awesome product! ... show more

I initially rated this lower because the glass is not as transparent as I thought it was based on the photos (I wanted to use it for resin art that light shines through, but it's not clear enough for that) but the company immediately contacted me to make things right, also pointing out that it is is listed as "metallic" which is also true, so that's kind of my bad. They refunded me no questions asked, to make sure I was satisfied. So the customer service is definitely A+. It would make a good vase filler in a larger amount. Picture added to show what it looks like up close, the color is nice and it's semi-metallic and if you rinse it, the luster is improved a bit. ... show more

Gave a 3 only due to the packaging and shipping of container. The crushed glass is very nice, exactly what I had expected, so no problems there. But it came in a plastic container with a screw-on lid which was not even attached to the container, so glass spilled out into box. The lid was fine, but completely unattached. Nice product, but company needs to seriously look at how they ship it. The container would have been fine if it had some kind of tape to secure the lid to the jar and shipped with in better box with some more cushion. What a mess. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love this product as I work in crystals in my resin artwork and so far this is my favourite brand to use the packaging is very good, the clear plastic jar keep the crystals safe and you can see which color it holds without having to open it.. The crystals size is just perfect and easy to use, the color do not change with time or with resin it keeps its beautiful shine and brightness... The seller has a large variety of colors which I love all... very vibrant and easy to deal with... Definitely my number 1 crystals brand ... show more

I received the item from Amazon however the box was damaged and when I opened it the plastic container was already open so I ended up waisting them all on the floor most went to the trash due to this. I'd say I wish they were bigger but overall they served they're purpose.
