The one-piece design makes it much more comfortable to hold, especially for long gaming sessions. Installation was easy and it connects to the console with no problems. I went through 2 of these things. The first I had to replace immediately due to constant drifting issues from the start. The second began losing connection withthe switch mid games and became un-useable.
