First, the colors obviously are cool and I like there’s so many options. I also love that it has a locking feature on the back to secure the switch. It feels pretty durable but I’ve only had it a few weeks so I hope it holds up for a long time. Most importantly though is the fit being so much better than stupid joycons lol. I can play games longer without straining my hands and it’s been really great these last few weeks. I like that I can still use it as a controller with my switch docked and connected to the tv. I bought this for my son’s switch since he needed new joycons. It feels like a pro controller instead of cheap joycons. The Jc200 easily paired with the Nintendo switch. It is easy to change through multiple color lighting options on the controller to get the look that suits your preferences best. Overall a great product for a decent value. This has been a fun upgrade to the standard switch controllers. The light patterns are fun and help identify which switch is switch. The double charging cable is brilliant which allows for charging both items at the same time. It did take some getting used to as the grip is larger and so the feel is not the same. After a little time we find this much more comfortable. I do find the controller a little louder than the normal one but it does not bother anyone. So far this has been in use for 3 months with a lot of use and it has worked well the entire time. When this one’s time is up would look to purchase again. ... show more

Love this switch grip. It feels good and is light weight for the size. The joysticks feel good it feels sturdy and works great. This is my 3rd grip and give had several sets of joycons. I have large hands and love having the larger feel of the grips. This is my favorite look and feel so far. The price was great too. The only con I have is that you have to charge the grip separately from the switch so the grip won't fit in the normal dock or work with a normal charger cord. They do provide the cord you need to charge both and you can charge one at a time, but I would pay a little for the same quality and look if it would charge together, especially if it fit in the switch dock. ... show more

    • Turbo feature won't deactivate, can't use device!

Bought this controller, used it for a few days - no issues. Played a game that would benefit from using the turbo feature. Activated it, worked beautifully, until it came time to turn the turbo feature off. Manual says you can deactivate it a few ways, however, my unit seems to be defective in the fact that the turbo button itself (initally used to activate the feature) doesn't work. Manual says press the button that has the assigned turbo function to start turbo mode, then press the turbo button to deactivate it. Tried it, no effect. Other option is to hold the turbo button for 5 seconds until the unit vibrates, indicating all assigned turbo functions have been turned off. I can hold that button for several minutes - no effect. I tried the reset button on the back of the device. I even tried holding that for several minutes, no change. I downloaded the keylinker app and reset the unit to factory through that - issue still remains. The issue is now I can turn the unit on, and press any of the buttons (X,Y,A,B, etc). As soon as I do, the little green light next to the turbo button (on the left side of the unit) lights up. Press the same button again, and the green light blinks indicating turbo mode is activated. Pressing the same button a 3rd time shuts turbo mode off - until you press that button again. Trying to use the A or B buttons to navigate the interface on the switch isn't possible. Shame, as this unit was great up until I turned that function on! ... show more

I bought this for my grandson whom can sometimes be rough. I was super impressed with durability. He broke his previous. Joycon off his switch deeming it unusable. This controller will make that almost impossible to do again. He loves the lights design and way it fits in his hands. It also has locks to lock console in place so no accidental slipping out. Highly recommend to anyone whom may wish to make their switch more durable and for comfortable game play. Now I need to find a case that will be a great fit for on the go. ... show more
