Whether a new set or as a replacement this is a sturdy colorful swing. All hardware to hang on swing set is included and the seat is standard swing size but made of sturdy yet flexible materials so it is comfortable and long lasting.

Just as the title says, we have only one tree on the property that has a viable spot for a swing. We have has my whole life a swing made by my uncle up. It is too short and lopsided, so shortly after you began to swing it goes wonky. I got this swing and we were able to remove the old one (which will sit in the shed until we can do something else with it...maybe replace the rotting wood and have feet installed on it as a sitting bench?). It looks so fantastic and brings joy to my heart to see my own children have a chance to swing. The rope is plastic so I know it will eventually deteriorate and I wish it was wooden rope. I am glad it is not metal though because one thing I always didn't like growing up is when you go to use a metal swing and then your hands smell dirty afterwards. ... show more
