The bed has a great design and quality material. The towel hanging is a plus. Unfortunately the unit I have received wasn't exactly as pictured. Like it was missing side walls for the lower level but it has a very strong floor. In general It didn't feel as steady as other unit we bought with a lower price and it wobble a little after you lock everything in position but nothing out of norm for a folding unit. The deal breaker however was only that it didn't have the safety straps on top of the bed to restrain the baby in place. Price was OK but we found another one with quite a similar functionality at a lower cost. ... show more

EDIT: The company contacted me quickly to ask if I’d like a full refund, which they processed quickly. (Less than a week for full resolution). 5 stars. Will get the zipper fixed and now looking for other of this company’s products because you cannot beat customer service like that…and the whole thing is really well constructed— just one faulty zipper. Original Post: The pouch that hangs off the side has a faulty zipper and therefore doesn’t stay put. Willing to change to 5 star review if the company is willing to send me just this single piece. Or pay for a zipper repair locally (preferred for zero waste solution, I’d estimate a $20 cost given what I’ve spent before having this done). It busted after about 3-4 months of normal use in a house where I would say we are pretty easy on stuff. ... show more

If you are in need of a tall, portable changing table look no further! I am 5'7" and wanted something that I could feel comfortable changing my baby on without feeling as though I'm going to break my back. Pros: Lots of extra space for storageand fits everything you think you need Cons: The table is hard and cold. I would advise purchasing an extra changing pad or contouring pad. I purchased and use both. I have the contouring pad for the additional comfort and temperature control and the regular changing pad (came as a set of 3) as added protection. If my little man has an accident I change out the regular pad instead of my contouring pad. Overall good product for what I was looking for. ... show more
